How do some people get agency jobs and they dont even have proof or insurance or car?

All the jobs I know of say that you must have these 2 things in order to get a job….. I see these people with clients on the bus
But most places want let you work unless you have your own car. Are they using someone else insurance to show proof ?

    Employers usually require employees to have their own mode of transportation, whether it be their own vehicle (for which they MUST have proof of insurance because it’s the law), or they can opt to take public transit to work if they prefer. The clients you see are most likely taking advantage of the latter.
